    • Glutinous rice flower: 1 bag (16 oz)
    • Sugar: 1 cup
    • Milk: 2 cup
    • Oil: 1/2 cup
    • Egg: 4
    • Baking soda: 1.5 tsp
    • Optional - walnuts: 1 cup (adjust to your own taste)

  5. Pecan Biscotti Cookies

    • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
    • 2.5 cups pastry flour
    • 1 cup oats
    • 1.5 tsp baking powder
    • 1/2 cup cornmeal
    • 1 stick of unsalted butter
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 cup chopped pecans
